The 90-Day Game Plan

The 90-Day Game Plan turns what you learned about yourself into one goal, one weekly practice and a baseline to measure against. Ninety days later it asks how it went and offers the next one.

What it asks

Turn what you've learned into 1 goal, 1 practice and a plan for the next 90 days.

  • What you most want to work on in the next 90 days, and what would make them a win
  • Why it matters now, and what usually gets in your way
  • What you will do each week to make progress, and how many days
  • Where your energy, stress, mood and productivity are today

Why one goal and 90 days

Ninety days is long enough to change something real and short enough that the end is visible from the start. A year invites postponing; a month rarely shows a result.

One goal is the harder part. Most plans fail by spreading effort across five things, none of which gets enough weeks in a row to move. A single goal with a single weekly practice is small enough to keep doing on a bad week.

The baseline is what makes day 90 honest. Without a record of where you started, progress is a feeling, and feelings about progress are reliably harsher than the facts.

How Crystal asks it

Inside the product.

  • About three minutes, after the DISC assessment. Every question comes with suggestions ranked for your style, so there is never a blank box.
  • It sets your Morning Warm-up and Evening Reflection times and builds a dated plan with your first weekly and monthly check-ins.
  • Free to take and to retake. The day-90 check-in asks whether you got there and what you learned.
